I don't have a garden, but I'm loving the price of these babies and their green companions as harvest peaks in our neighborhood.
When the price of peppers plummets, that's when we know it's time to whip up a batch of fajitas. I've got a quick but fresh little marinade that will help you enjoy these most wonderfully healthy veggies that may (or may not) be coming out of your ears!

Our red peppers actually turned RED in our garden this year.. that's a first! Last night I used both our red & green to make fajitas. My fave though? Stuffed red peppers... made this not too long ago with some of our harvest... seriously the BEST peppers I've ever had!! YUM.
